Captcha Not Working After PHP upgrade

Yesterday we've upgraded PHP to v5.3.14 and since then Captcha is not working on our clients site -

I'd confirmed GD and FreeType modules are compiled properly, Could you please help us in checking what is wrong.

Please provide us with the domain name that this is happening on and we can take a closer look.

For the logs to check errors, you can check /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log as one place as well as /home/username/public_html/error_log (if one exists) as the other. Of note, username would be the cPanel username. If the Captcha url isn't in a file in public_html directly, please check for an error_log file in the directory where that specific page can be found.

You would likely want to ask your hosting provider if you aren't sure how to troubleshoot the issue by checking error logs.

I am the root administrator and when i checked /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log its empty and i didnt know hows to troubleshoot the issue.

I am using HTML5 AJAX Contact Form by codecanyon.
