Capture incoming and outgoing e-mails...

Is there a way, within CPanel, to setup e-mail such that one user will receive ALL incoming AND outgoing e-mails from all other e-mail accounts?
If not, I run my server on BSD - how do I set this up?

One of my clients wants to monitor ALL mail passing through his office by having it come to a specific e-mail address. (incoming and outgoing)

The incoming would be possible using a forwarder under CPanel. The outgoing mail I am not sure of...

Any assistance would be appreciated.

You could probably do it somehow in the exim system filter, but you'd have to go over to the exim site for that. You can easily do this with something like MailScanner if you can install it on BSD yourself (my installer is for Linux servers only).
