[Cases 52047, 52211] tailwatchd keeps failing?

Hey guys! I've been having an issue with the tailwatchd service failing on my cPanel server, ever since the update to 11.30. Every few days I get an email stating:

tailwatchd failed @ Sat Aug 20 08:35:01 2011. A restart was attempted automagically.
Service Check Method: [check command] tailwatchd is not running

I've attempted forcing a cp update several times but to no avail.

First, is this anything to be concerned about? And second, is there a fix for it? Pre-11.30 everything worked fine. The night the update occurred I got this email, and I've been getting one every few days (always at a different time, though) since then.

Hello,

We have an internal case about the issue where a race condition causes Tailwatchd to die on some systems. The case is 52047 on 11.31/11.32 and 52211 on 11.30 version. Right now, case 52211 is still being worked for backport. When it has been pushed into product, you'll see note of the case at Change Logs location. You can see the existing version for each tier at Downloads - cPanel Inc.
