Centos 4.1 & Cpanel 2nd s-ata Drive Error

HEy guys,

We setup an Centos box with two S-ata Drives and after installing cpanel we went ahead and formated and mounted the 2nd drive in ssh and the server crashed. We did this twice and it happen each time all data was fried!

Any ideas?

Did you get any errors on the server serial console? At which point did the server crash, was it when it was creating the partition in fdisk, or when you were creating the file system, or when quotas were being generated?
