Unhappy CentOS/cPanel Installation

While installing Cpanel on CentOS 3.4, I'm unable to connect to httpupdate.cpanel.net. I have configured wget and yum to go throw my ISP proxy and both working fine (my ISP don't permit access http direct-only throw his proxies).

s_2_s is an unknown quantity at this point
i have similar problem
cannot install cpanel the installation running for 11 hours now
