    Unhappy CentOS/cPanel Installation

    While installing Cpanel on CentOS 3.4, I'm unable to connect to httpupdate.cpanel.net. I have configured wget and yum to go throw my ISP proxy and both working fine (my ISP don't permit access http direct-only throw his proxies).

    root@centos cpins]# wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/latest
    --12:47:56-- http://layer1.cpanel.net/latest
    => `latest'
