Totally weird behaviour, but I set up my default packages to have cgi-bin included. I have since altered the default setting to not include cgi-bin and it appears to have propagated out across all the domains using the default settings.

So I decided to remove the actual cgi-bin folder from each domain by ftping in and simply deleting it. Fine. However, they come back! Next day there it is, cgi-bin.

What's going on and how can I fix it? I know it's not a biggy, but it's annoying.
