Default CGI and PHP HTTP_REFERER Problem

I have come to find that the CGI and PHP HTTP_REFERER fields in the global variables are NULL.

    I'm running WHM/CPANEL 9.1.0

Anyone have a solution to this? I have already tried rebuilding apache multiple times. This has not solved the problem yet.

I saw in previous versions of the control panel this was a problem, but did not see a solution to this.

    Having the same issue.

    I'm running WHM 9.3.0 cPanel 9.3.0-R104.

Will have to check the bug tracker to see if it's listed.
