CGI scripts not sending email, php scripts will

What could be causing this?

I even downloaded a fresh copy of formmail, the email isn't sent and nothing is in the mail log, so it looks like its not even trying to send it.

What could be causing this?

check the access log also and make sure script is running fine.

if you have prevent nobody user to send mails then make sure that you are using SMTP authenticatio in your scripts.
