cgiemail with SSL syntax?

What is the proper way to use cgiemail with SSL?

My Web Folder:
www/order.htm
www/forms/order.txt
www/cgi-bin/cgi-email

My line of code in order.htm:
https://my.sharedssl.com/~user/cgi-b...user/order.txt
Also tried:
https://my.sharedssl.com/~user/cgi-b...mail/order.txt

This above produces a file not found.

So what do I make this work?

Does anyone use cgiemail theough a shared SSL? If so, please share how you did it.
