Change Default Mailbox Size

Hello,

I am wondering if there was some way to change the default mailbox size that's created when a new email account is set up.

I have my hosted domains using the x3 theme. When they go to set up an email account it defaults to 250 MEG whish is a massive size and most of the time users don't even notice it.

I'm wanting to change the default size to be a more reasonable 20 MEG.

Is there some way to do this please?
