Change to IP base -- get Apache Test Page

I just changed a name based account over to an unused IP and now I am getting the Apache test apge when I try and browse that domain.

domain.com - I get test page
www.domain.com - I get test page
new IP - I get the website.. works fine
hostname/~accountname/ - Get the website works fine
hostIP/~accountname/same as above.. ok

The website has index.html page of it's own....

I have looked at the Virtual Host entry in httpd.conf and it shows the new IP

I also added an SSL certificate (the reason for changing to IP) and this does not work either...

https://www.domain.com/page.html - cannot find server error..

What should I look at next or is this normal .... do I need to wait for DNS to propagate?

Yes, thats normal. Just wait for it to propagate. Few hours or so.

I did search ....always do that first...

Yeah... I figured that was the deal ... it was working in a couple of hours.
