change language+default language

How can i globally set all my accounts to "english-utf8" and how can i make sure thats the default for any new accounts created in the future?

To set all existing accounts to english-utf8, go to WHM -> Multi-Account Functions -> Modify/Upgrade Multiple Accounts. Halfway down that page on the right side you will see a search box. Clear the contents of the text box and click search, this will select all accounts. At the bottom of the page select english-utf8 as the language then click change.

We do not yet support setting a default language (but it is on our Developers' to-do lists). However, a manual workaround can be found at:

reading the above discussion i have to agree that cPanel/WHM should use UTF-8 for everything. Its about time it did, every major web application out there is using UTF-8, so should you. Once you go to UTF-8, 99% your encoding and language problems go away.

anyway, thanks for the reply, i've converted my existing domains and created the ".lang" file, so lets wait and see.
