We got our IP listed in spamcop for some reason. We have several IP on the server, can we change from Cpanel the mailserver to use another ip address until we resolve this issue?

Mail server IP can be changed by editing /etc/exim.conf
Search for section "remote_smtp:", comment the existing "interface" line and add new line:
interface = x.x.x.x (New IP)
