How can I change a main account user to another one? I do not wish to terminate the account and then readd it.

What doies cpanel billing has to do with my server?

I want to change a main account (an account I used to create a site) to another user that is what I wannt to do.

If you have got root access to the server, you can do it by WHM --> Account Func --> Modify an account. Or you will need to contact your host.
