There's a file somewhere that Cpanel uses to pull out the IP address info to create new accounts on, can anyone point me to the location of this file?

There's a file somewhere that Cpanel uses to pull out the IP address info to create new accounts on, can anyone point me to the location of this file?
New accounts use the shared IP address by default as you have it set in WHM > Basic Setup >
