If I go to Change System Mail Preferences to add an email address for notifications to be sent to some of the fields won't remember the address I enter.

Can I enter them manually somewhere?

If I go to Change System Mail Preferences to add an email address for notifications to be sent to some of the fields won't remember the address I enter.

Edit /etc/localaliases directly.

The actual bug is supposed to be fixed, but you may need to wait for it to get to your release tree. Check the changelog for more details.
