Change username but mysql not work..

Hi,

i do not know it's a bug or wht..
when i change the username of a user eg.

abc - containing a mysql database

after that i want to change the user name of it,

abc to efg

from there the account abc mysql database is gone....

i not sure what have happen, or there is a bug on whm...
please fix ..
