changelog being updated?

Can someone update the changelog please...

I'm not seeing many changes posted but there obviously must be some since the latest release tree is at R20...

And I see nothing between
10.6.0 (build 216) - EDGE Tree
and
10.8.0 (build 10) - EDGE Tree

*shrugs*

Would be nice to know what's being changed before I decide to upgrade....
