Changing email account passwords

Hey

I was wondering if anyone has a PHP or Perl script to change webmail passwords without having to log into cpanel.

I need it so my co-workers can change their email passwords without me seeing them and without giving them access to cpanel...

I have tried doing it through webmail but I cant find it.
