Changing shared IP address

Hi guys,

I've recently run into an issue with my main shared IP address, which is also my main physical IP address.

I currently have 1 website running perfectly on the IP address, but when I setup other accounts on the shared IP address, the websites don't load, but when I give them a different IP address, they work.

So, what I thought I would do is try to change the shared IP address to another IP address, but when I go to 'Basic cPanel/WHM Setup' and change the shared IP address it doesn't take effect. It says it's changed, but when I create more websites or go to change an IP address of a website, it still hasn't taken effect.

Any ideas anyone?
