Changing WHM Backend Job Times

Based on the user visiting trends in awstats for the main site on my server.
I've noticed that between 3am and 5am is the best time to perform any housekeeping
and any backend processing.

I've noticed that awstats updates moves around the clock from day to day.
Also, i need consistency when WHM performs the server backups for the cpanel sites.

Does anyone know a WHM/Cpanel config/control file which i can tweak the times to best
suit the server load, so i can nail things to specific times?

Use the cpanel cronconfig addon found under the addon modules category in whm.

So this is the backup cron job scripts???
0 1 * * * /scripts/cpbackup

What invokes the AWSTATS? The completion of this moves around the clock, day by day.
It's never at a fixed time.

That is for the sites backup.
I think you need to look for upcp.

But it is weird that the awstats updates moves around the clock.
Server gnomes maybe?
