ok if you go to http://free-freebies.co.uk/fatty/ and go to the bottom i made a chatroom and if you type in a nick anema dn press submit it comes up saying page can not be displyed.

any help??

Is the chatroom URL correct? It has post set to http://free-freebies.co.uk:2084/. I haven't used entropychat so don't know what it's supposed to be.

You should call the Entropy Chat like this :

Another alternative if you would prefer a java chat, just the link below in any of your pages:

That should work for you if you on the latest production of Cpanel.

I tried to use the alternative and it is not working - perhaps something is wrong on your box... I think you would need to call that URL from within a webpage on your own site on that box however. . .

No contracts so if its worth it to you - get them to fix this and check for any other problems on your box --- if your satisfied and want 2 keep them month to month - great - if not then just cancel the service.
