check and limit bandwidth for vds accounts?

I setup a couple vds/vps servers. They all have root and are each installed with their own copies of FC3. How do I monitor their bandwidth usages and how do I limit the bandwidth usage? Is it possible from cpanel? I cannot use clustering as those VPS's are provisioned to clients. Is there a way to check the bandwidth from my main server (cpanel). Also they are physically created in the main server....any ideas? btw we're not using virtuozzo
