Check WHM Backup Log

Is there a backup log to tell the result of WHM backup jobs? I have scheduled daily and weekly full backup of my sites to the 2nd HDD and I would like to verify if the backup image was created successfully (or the best WHM automatically send an e-mail to tell the result of the backup job).

The backup in the root crontab should already be emailing the results of /scripts/cpbackup to the root account and therefore whereever you have that forwarded to, unless you've added a MAILTO at the top of the root crontab.
