ok, i don't know if this the right place where to post this message, but here it goes:

Checking `sniffer'... /proc/1/fd/39: Permission denied

colud anyone tell me what shoul I do next ?

I'd suggest you search the forums a little harder as chkrootkit output has been discussed at length previously. You should also read the FAQ on the chkrookit site.
