Hello,

I'm willing to run th following commands:

cd /bin
chmod 700 cat chgrp chmod cp cpio cut doexec grep gtar gunzip gzip kbd_mode link ln ls mkdir mv netstat passwd pwd rm rmdir touch curl wget GET lynx find gcc

cd /usr/bin
chmod 700 cat chgrp chmod cp cpio cut doexec grep gtar gunzip gzip kbd_mode link ln ls mkdir mv netstat passwd pwd rm rmdir touch curl wget GET lynx find gcc

And that is to stop Perl harmful shell scripts from running.

So will I have any problem with cPanel after executing the above commands?

Please advise.

You'll find out if you try it. I would imagine it could potentially break a lot of things such as cPanel, web scripts, cron jobs, etc.
