Clam Anti-Virus - Enable Per Domain

Is there anyway to setup Clam Anti-Virus and then enable it on a per domain (account) basis instead of having it system-wide automatically?

I searched the forums but didn't really find much.

You certainly can if you install it and use it through MailScanner:
