    Angry ClamAv Zip module failure ERROR

    Hi,

    One of our servers has multiple entries of the following error in the exim_paniclog:

    Code:
    2006-08-25 02:39:55 1GGPiv-0000rV-NJ malware acl condition: clamd: 
ClamAV returned /var/spool/exim/scan/1GGPiv-0000rV-NJ/1GGPiv-0000rV-NJ-00000.zip: 
Zip module failure ERROR
    I haven't got any idea why this error suddenly occurs because no updates or upgrades have been applied lately.

    Anybody an idea why this error occurs? ( And ofcourse how to solve it! )
