Client cannot login to cpanel

One of my clients is experiencing a very strange problem - she cannot login to her cpanel. I have tried logging in using her userid and password on 3 different browsers and it workss fine on all of them.

She indicated that it redirects to port 2082, but then just says access denied - no login prompt.

Any ideas?

Have her use a port scanner like Angry IP Scanner 2.15 and scan for port 2082. See if she sees it open. If not, but you can from an outside source, then her ports are being forwarded (redirected) and she needs to talk to the systems admin to fix the problem.

Found the problem - it was the 'Medium' security setting in IE6 (Tools-&Internet Options-&Security). Using 'Low' or 'Medium Low' works fine.

However, I found that 'Medium' works fine in IE5.5.
