Client cPanel Access from root acct

Hi,

I am a newbie with a whm question.

Is there a way to get access to my clients cPanel screens to facilitate account setup.

When I goto list accounts in whm and click on the cpanel icon it pops up a login prompt. If I enter my reseller ID or the root id, it opens up my reseller accounts cpanel not the interested clients....

Do I need their username and password?
Can I use their username and an admin password?
How do I access their cpanels?
