Cocoon w/ WHM's Tomcat Install

Has anyone gotten Cocoon to work properly with the Tomcat 4.0.3 install from cpanel.net?

I have setup lenya in a non cpanel box and I was wondering the same.

I've done the easy a Lenya install on a XP box. Unfortunatly I'm new to the whole Tomcat server thing. I've got tomcat installed and poked around the a bit, but that's about it. I would be up for trying it but the whole cpanel => apache => tomcat => cocoon => lenya layers thing is a bit intimidating.
