Code Editor only shows one line sometimes

When I'm not on my personal computer I sometimes need to be able to access and add code into a file, and I normally use CPanel File Manager to do so. Sometimes when I use the Code Editor though, it only allows me to see one line at a time! Other times, it works just fine.

Mostly Mozilla. I'm trying it right now in IE7.

I notice this a lot of the time, i use Firefox 2 (2.0.0.14 to be precise)

Refresh normally fixes it, still annoying though.
