    Default Command Line?

Is it possible to add domains and or manage mail accounts from command line?

More specifically, if i wanted to just setup a mail forward for a domain i havent added yet, how difficult would that be?

You can easily setup a mail forwarder by editing /etc/valiases/domain.com and adding in the line there:

    from@domain.com: to@otherdomain.com
