Compiling PHP with custom module

A search for payflow on these forums would reveal a post by me:

If you initially build as you wish using easyapache, then when finished go into /home/cpapachebuild/buildapache/ and in there you can play with the buildscript file. When done, run that file and it will go through the easyapache build process but with your options added.

Hi,

I want to install Verisign PayFlowPro on a server.

This need to compile PHP with

./configure --with-pfpro=/usr/local/verisign/payflowpro/linux

How i do this ?

I can get current configuration from phpinfo, and add --with-pfpro=/usr/local/verisign/payflowpro/linux, but how i compile PHP alone ?

I can compile PHP when i do easyapache, but by doing that, i don't have option to configure php myself.

I have installed payflow, it is showing in phpinfo configure line

--with-pfpro=shared,/usr/local/verisign/payflowpro/linuxrh9/lib/'

But the module is not active, how do i fix the problem ?

Yikes - another PayFlowPro help request.

I have not been successful in this arena as well...
When I called PayFlowPro (verisign just sold to PayPal... btw)
I was told - please use an older version of Linux we support.

if you do get this - please let me know - our Cent OS boxes were never able to use this...
