Conference Room (Chat Server)

I installed Conference Room on my Server Linux ( RedHat7.2 ), I start this on port 6667-6668-6669 as well as the port of adminsitration 8000, the service turns, but impossible to test it, would have you it something in Control Panel there who could block ports ?

i have an dedicated server an the ports are open... i have an access root... but the Conference Room is installed on an account create by Cpanel ...

I believe have found the problem, it would be necessary to increase the number of process for the user with ulimit -u 50, but i have an error, How i do it ?
