Configure Reseller

Hello,

I am creating a reseller accounts and assign 2 IPs address to them.

In Reseller Centre&Edit Reseller Nameserver&Assign the 2 IPs address.

In Manage Reseller Ip Delegation, I restricted the 2 IPs assigned to them.

In Manage Reseller Main Shared/Ipless Ip, should we choose one of the IP address assigned to them as shared IP?

Anyone with reselling experience, could you guide me on this?

I am not sure whether the configuration is right or wrong for the above post.

However, when my client register DNS it appears the following:

::Root domain cannot be found::

Anyone could help?

So, what is the possible caused?

Anything need to be done or reticfy from WHM?
