Configure Support Request

In WHM under Add-Ons I have Fantasitco De Luxe WHM Admin, how to I get Configure Support Request to show up? On a previous server this feature was already there.

I have been looking and cannot seem to find out how to enable this Add-On.

I am running WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-R82
CentOS 4. i686 - WHM X v3.1.0
