Default Configure Support Request link does not work

    I have version WHM 9.9.8 cPanel 9.9.8-R160.

This is the only release that this has happened with, but when I click on the "Configure Support Request Submission" link in WHM, it does nothing.

Is anybody else having this problem? Anybody know how to fix this problem? Anybody else sick of WHM/Cpanel never working like it should? lol.

I think I am in the same boat as you. I just started looking around to see what I could find. When I enable the support function in WHM I don't get a support link in the CPanel, I am using the X theme. Am I just over looking it?
