Confusing request help

Well, even i'm confused when I think of what I need help with. I'll try keep it short and sweet....

Well first, in cpanel is there a way I can somehow make my domain: eg; www.mydomain.com show up all the time, even when clicking on links. So like if I am in my homepage then I decide i'd click on "contact" it will still say www.mydomain.com in the url field at the top of the browser?

If I can recall, i've seen a few sites doing it..

If you want the value of the address bar of the browser to not change, there are two basic options:

1. Use frames
2. Modify the address bar value with javascript
