Connecting 2 server as primary and backup server

Does anyone knows how to connecting 2 server to be a primary and backup server? I will setup ns1.mydomain.com for the primary server and ns2.mydomain.com for the secondary server. So all account that create in primary server will be backup to secondary server automaticly. So when my primary server is down, the backup server is still online.

what will you do with the ip's assigned to the domains ? Will you keep the ip's of both the servers same so that if one goes down... the other one will take over ?

This is not possible.. from my experience .
