constant high load with this - /usr/bin/md5sum /usr/bin/[ /usr/bin/411toppm /usr/bin/

I'm seeing a constant high load on a server with this in top:

30979 root 15 0 556 556 444 R 0.9 0.0 0:00 0 /usr/bin/md5sum /usr/bin/[ /usr/bin/411toppm /usr/bin/4odb /usr/bin/4rdf /usr/bin/4xslt /usr/bin/4xupdate /usr/bin/a2p /usr/bin/a2ps /usr/bin/ab /usr/bin/ac /usr/bin/a

Any Idea what this could be?
