Make a new page in whm similar to the change quota page.

Have domain name / user / and a field for their contact email address. This would make it alot easier to add a users contact email address. We could do ourselves instead of dealing with some clients for months trying to get this done.

I know we could login into their control panel and do this. Just easier if all of them were centrally located in whm and editable.
