Contact Form Mail Address

Hi. I have used the contact form in the site builder but it does not seem to work once I have published my web site. I can fill in all the fields but when I press send the query does not appear in my Inbox. I have filled in the e-mail address correctly in the set up stage and I have tested the e-mail address from my laptop. Please could some one tell me where I am going wrong.

Is there any error message are you receiving while submitting the query to your email address? Also, check the apache and the email error logs for the exact error message. If you have an access to the server then you can check those logs by login to your SSH as root at the below mentioned locations:

Apache Error logs:

[root@server]: /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log.

Email Error logs:

[root@server]: /var/log/exim_mainlog.
