Does anyone have an out of hours / emergency number for cpanel? This is due to a large number of licenses having an issue, but cpanel appear to be closed, so we can't get this remedied...

Additionally, if you need technical support via phone, then you will need to pre-pay for it. Phone support is not free but we only charge $65 per incident (not per call).
Note that ticket-based support is staffed 24/7/365. If it's the middle of the night and it's an urgent issue, you are likely better off submitting a support ticket. If you are a direct customer, login via your cPanel Store account to submit the ticket so it is issued a higher priority. If you are a partner/distributor, login via your Manage2 account to submit a ticket so it is issued a higher priority. Higher priority tickets are bumped higher in the priority queue.
