Default Control quota in ftp accounts

Hi all, are there any way to control quota in ftp accounts or limit the space of subdomains. I have seen that it is posible to limit the space in pop accounts.

How can I limit the space in ftp accounts?
    Thanks

There used to be a feature to limit subdomain space using CPanel. You could create subdomains using WHM and limit their usage that way.

Is this still a option? One of my clients wants to open some FTP accounts for his employee's but wants to limit them.

Can this be done in CPanel and if so how? I followed the advice above but it didn't work.
