    Angry Controlling Quotas - Automatically Suspend

    I'm finding it extremely difficult to control quotas for my clients, and am wondering if anyone else is having the same problem. Let me explain.

    Let's say I have a client with a 750MB quota. And let's say they are currently using 300MB of that quota. Now, let's say they upload a 500MB file via FTP or another file upload utility. Now, they are at 800MB, 50MB over their quota. I am finding that no email is sent to them to report this, even though I have it set up in WHM to do this. I'm also finding that no email is sent to me, server admin, even though I'm told this should happen automatically. Now I do understand that if a user goes from something like 50% to 110% quota usage because it is such a large increase at one time cPanel fails to send any emails.

    How then, are we to know that a user has gone over their quota without having to run the "Show Accounts Over Quota" script in WHM every day? Is there a way to have an email sent to me as server admin when a client is over their quota?

    Even better would be a way to automatically suspend an account when they go over their quota. Is there a way to do that?

    I'm trying to find a way to know when a client goes over their quota automatically, so that I do not have to manually check this day-to-day.

    Any suggestions?
