We have a situation where we are going to be converting from mbox to maildir.. and at the same time we will be setting up a new custom squirrelmail installation. (Not using the default cpanel squirrelmail.)
They are currently using the default cpanel squirrelmail setup and many users have created their own custom folders...
Here's my question:
When the users go to log into the NEW squirrelmail system (after the conversion), will all their existing folders (automatically appear? Or will they need to manually add them?
(There are over 350 email users, and the client wants to know if they need to prepare for mass phone support after the changeover.)
