I have tried to copy accounts using the account copy function in WHM from another server.The accounts copied successfully but the sites cannot be up and the error log shown :

.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable.


Eventually, I have to recompile apache to solve this.
