Default Copy account with password failed

I am trying to copy an account from one server to another, but I get the following message:

    Copy Session Timed out!
    (internal error) Tue Aug 9 01:12:54 2005 [24536] error: Died at /scripts/getremotecpmove line 40, line 1861.

Error while copying account...! Aborting Extraction
The account is about 150MB with 1.2GB of MysSQL Databases, which may be the problem, if there's a limit on the size of account you can move, does anyone know what it is?

Any ideas on another easy way to transfer it?

You should copy it manually. That is, do a backup locally, copy that over and restore it using the WHM backup/restore options.

If you do a search for that timeout error you should find plenty of threads that discuss the issue.

    Ok

So i've generated a full backup to a remote ftp server (inside a blank account on the new server).

Do I have to download the backup before I can restore it, or can I restore it from the server.

You'll need to copy that backup for that account over to the new server and then use the WHM restore option to create it on the new server.

    You can do this :

    Code:
    /scripts/pkgacct username
    scp /home/cpmove-username root@otherserver:/home
and restore cpmove file from whm.

Note : this would apply only if you have root access to both servers. otherwise remote full backup is the only option.
