Copy feature

Hello;

I am transferring an account from another server. I do not have root access to the server I am transferring from. I keep getting this error message:

Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive
missing (cwd: /home loaded tridentt/cp/tridentt)?
Extract Failed
Invalid Account


Can someone PLEASE help me and tell me what I need to do to get this file transferred??
